The natural antioxidants components of cooking oil or fat keep running out while we are cooking. Oil burns fast and this causes bad smell and smoke. In this case a change of oil is compulsory. Refreshing the oil with Ch natural antioxidants while cooking, increases considerably oil shelf life. Moreover oil does not smell bad and guarantees a crispy and healthy fried food.
Spray with 0,5 litres – sufficient for approx. 200 applications in a deep fryer with 10 litres volume. (The antioxidants are not required to declare!).
